With nearly two decades of experience spanning higher education, instructional design, corporate learning, edtech, marketing, and teaching, I’ve built a career that doesn’t fit neatly into one box—and honestly, I like it that way.

I’m an instructional designer, educator, learning strategist, marketer, speaker, and host of EdUp L&D. At the heart of everything I do is a passion for creating experiences that are thoughtful, accessible, engaging, and genuinely useful.

Whether I’m designing an online course, developing a training program, exploring new approaches to learning, helping someone navigate a career transition, or having candid conversations about the realities of working in L&D, I’m always looking for ways to make learning more human.

I believe the best work happens when good design meets curiosity, creativity, storytelling, and a little personality. Learning shouldn’t just check a box. It should connect with people, spark ideas, build confidence, and make a difference.
