My Concierge Travel Planning Process

1. QUESTIONNAIRE:

Your journey begins with a quick questionnaire. Click here to get started.

2. CONSULTATION CALL:

After receiving your completed questionnaire, I’ll schedule a 15-20 minute call to discuss your travel dreams, interests, and preferences.

3. TRAVEL AGREEMENT:

If you are interested in moving forward, I’ll send you a travel agreement to review and submit. This allows me to start curating trip recommendations tailored just for you. While the initial consultation is complimentary, there is a vacation management fee starting at $300* depending on the length and scope of trip. (Hotel-only bookings are complimentary)

4. DESIGN YOUR TRIP:

Using the information from our call and my extensive industry resources, I will design your personalized itinerary and trip proposal.

5. RESERVE:

Once you approve the proposal, I’ll handle securing all the bookings for your travel.

6. STAY IN TOUCH:

I’ll stay in touch in the weeks and months leading up to your vacation, providing a final trip itinerary to review before sending you off on your adventure!

7. EXPERIENCE:

You will be equipped with your personalized itinerary and any on-site contacts to allow you to fully enjoy your trip.

8. SHARE

After your return, I’d love to debrief and hear all about your experience.
