Cancellations/refunds

We offer full money-back guarantees if a refund is requested when we have not yet dispatched your order. If we have already mailed out your order, a refund will no longer be available. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you have concerns with your order so they can be addressed.

Returns/exchanges

All sales are final. We do not currently offer returns or exchanges. However, if your items are damaged in the mailing process and you provide proof of damage, a refund can be arranged.

Your responsibilities

It is your responsibility to provide correct details to us. We will not be held accountable for sending your order to the incorrect address if you did not provide us with the correct address prior to dispatch.
