What is your jewellery made from?
All of our items have a brass base material with a thick 14k or 18k gold plating. Read more about this here
Is your jewellery safe for sensitive skin?
YES! Nickel and lead are the harmful components of jewellery which cause redness, itching and swelling of the skin (yikes!). We can say confidently that all of our products are both nickel and lead free.
Will your jewellery tarnish?
Because our products are gold-plated, over time the plating can wear off and reveal the base metal (brass). However, our jewellery can last for many months/years if cared for properly. See jewellery care instructions here
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship Australia-wide.
What payment method do you accept?
We currently take payments via bank transfer (VISA & Mastercard).
What shipping service do you use?
We use Australia Post for all orders.
How do I order?
You can order our products by directly messaging us (@holly_hoops) on Instagram. We cannot take transactions through this website (the purpose of it is only to provide you with information about our products).
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our packages typically arrive within 6-12 business days.
How can I track my parcel?
You can only track your parcel across the shipping process if you paid for 'Standard Tracked Shipping' at checkout. If you selected this, we will send you an email with your tracking number when your order has been dispatched. From here, simply go to auspost.com.au and input this number to track your package!
