Get fit quickly in this interactive, high-energy cardio step class. Full body workout includes a warm-up, stretch, cardio workout, strength training, “abs” workout and stretching cool-down. Great music and fun moves! Just bring a towel and water bottle--hand weights and mats are provided. This is a great workout for ALL ages!!! 

Open/Lap Swimming    THIS COURSE IS CANCELED             Course Fee:  Individual pass: $75    

Immediate Household Family pass: $100

Recreational/open and lap swimming - a great way to exercise! Tone muscles and improve fitness at your own pace, float, or bring kids for free swim. To allow quality swim time, this program is limited to 25 swimmers. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will need a minimum of 12 people to offer the course. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please register early to avoid disappointment.

Mon. & Wed., 6:30pm - 8:30pm (Please exit the locker room by 8:30pm!) 

Begins: (Monday) July 8, 2024, Ends: (Wednesday) August 21, 2024 

Location: Holland Middle School Pool.

PARKING: Use the parking spaces nearest the pool off Route 16 by entrance #K. ALL swimmers access the building only through entrance #K. Please note: The lifeguard is at the exterior doors from @ 6:15pm-6:30pm to let swimmers into the building. At approximately 6:30pm the lifeguard leaves the exterior doors to open the pool and assume their post in the lifeguard stand so swimming can start promptly at 6:30pm!

DO NOT leave locks on lockers. Remove your belongings each visit as ALL lockers are used by students during the school day!

PLEASE NOTE: If the school is closed due to weather or other conditions, Open/lap swim is CANCELED.

Are you turning 65 or considering retirement? This class will provide an introduction to Medicare and explain who needs to apply for it and when they need to apply.  This class will describe the difference between Original Medicare paired with a supplemental plan and prescription drug plan vs. Medicare Advantage plans. Questions about the "Donut hole" in prescription? We will answer those questions and any others you may have about Medicare as well.

In this session, we'll discuss how to realign your core values to truly enjoy the results of our hard work, how to simplify the complex decisions around income sources, and taxes, and leaving a legacy for your family.

In this workshop, we will review strategies on how to build a tax-efficient retirement income strategy.  Our tax philosophy is to pay Uncle Sam every dollar we owe but not leave him a tip! If you're curious how Roth conversions, capital loss/gain harvesting, Social Security claiming strategies, and QCD's can help you achieve your financial goals, this is the workshop for you.  We'll be covering a lot of technical material so bring your coffee! Don't pay any more taxes than you legally have to!

Get a jump start on your SAT test preparation! While many colleges have gone test optional, the early data has shown that students who submit SAT or ACT test scores have an admissions advantage. This comprehensive course introduces students to the SAT test with emphasis on test- taking strategies, testing information, how to best prepare for the SAT test, and practice questions in each subject. Course includes workbook/study materials and a free simulated SAT test. For the simulated test schedule and registration information visit: www.allprotutoring.com. 2024 SAT testing dates are August 24th, September 5th, November 2nd and December 7th. Students are welcome to bring a snack to class. Important: 96.3% of U.S. colleges still require or will consider SAT/ACT test scores when submitted. It is important that students continue to take the SAT/ACT test and submit their scores when applying to colleges. Only 3.7% of U.S. colleges do not require SAT/ACT test scores. Please note: Beginning January 2024 the SAT test will be administered digitally at a test site. More information will be discussed during the SAT Test Prep class.
