"Garden Design for the DIYer" Take the guess work out of gardening! Nora Saintz is excited to provide her years of professional experience to help local homeowners create successful gardens. This course provides practical, easy-to-follow advice that makes gardening accessible to all. Course topics include: *Landscape design fundamentals *Plant combination ideas for containger gardens * Solutions for wet, shady and other difficult-to-plant areas *Low-maintenance, deer-resistant plant options. Participants are encouraged to bring in photos of their yard for specific design advice. A Q&A session will be held at the end to cover any garden-related topics not covered during class.

Spots are limited per session. I will do everything I can to keep updated on sign ups. There may be a chance you wont get a spot, depending on how fast sign ups go. Spots are given to the first person to sign up. Forms are time stamped.
I will notify you if your child has a spot. Checks will not be cashed and credit cards will not be processed unless your child has a spot in class.
The age ranges for these lessons’ groups are guidelines. Students can be moved up in level or down based on ability! Safety skills and lessons will be included in every level, every session.
Level 5/6: We will work on refining stroke work and learning new strokes. Students are expected to be able to swim in the deep end or be comfortable learning to swim in the deep end.
Level 4: We will focus on learning more about swimming strokes and getting more comfortable swimming farther distances. Students will learn to swim in the deep end.
Level 3: Students will work with the lifeguards to practice swimming independently. We will learn/review the basic arm motions and kicks involved in swimming.
Level 2: Students will work with lifeguards on floating and some arm movements and kicks with as little assistance as possible! We will start with floating, move into gliding, and finally into full swimming.
Level 1: The main focus here is to make the students feel as comfortable in the water as possible without a parent by their side. We will float, glide, play games, and work on basic swimming skills.
Water Babies: 1 parent/guardian/trusted adult is required to be in the water with each child at all times. We will use music and toys to get children comfortable and practice different skills depending on age. The main goal is comfort in the water!

Although France is the number one tourist destination, almost every continent has several French-speaking countries. It truly is a world language. Have you ever wanted to learn French to enhance travel experiences or business relationships and enhance your understanding of a foreign culture? Dr. Horohoe will teach a twelve-week course presenting: the functions and uses of the French language; pronunciation, grammar, and the concepts which underlie the language; the culture and geography of French-speaking countries and regions like France, Quebec, Morocco, and Martinique; and practical use of French in real world situations.

5 Hour Pre-License Course Instructor - Rob Booker Course Fee - $42

As mandated by an amendment of the NYS Vehicle and Traffic Code, each person applying for a new driver's license will be required to qualify for the MV278 certificate. At the end of this 5 hour session, each student will be issued the proper certificate. Students must have a valid "Learner's Permit." Appropriate behavior is expected while attending the course and failure to comply will result in immediate dismissal with no refund. Classes will be held after school.

This point and insurance reduction program reviews safe driving and accident avoidance techniques. Upon completion of the class, drives are eligible for a 10% reduction in their auto insurance and/or up to 4 points removed from their DMV driving record. Drivers may take the course every 3 years for insurance reduction and every 18 months for point reduction. All drivers listed on a policy are eligible to complete the course. This is a great way to reduce the cost of your auto insurance!
