About Your Massage Therapist
Massage therapy has been something I felt drawn to for most of my life. For a long time, I didn't believe this could be a reality for me, unsure if I was allowed to invest in myself that way. It took time, reflection, and a shift in my own self-confidence and how I show up for myself to finally say yes to this path.
That choice changed how I work with others. Having moved through my own hesitation, I bring a deep respect for where clients are in their process. I show up with presence, patience, and intention, creating space that feels supportive rather than rushed or transactional.
I completed my massage therapy training at Arizona Holistic Institute of Healing Arts and graduated in December 2025. My education emphasized anatomy, ethics, professionalism, and client-centered care, all of which shape how I approach each session.
Outside of my work, I spend as much time as I can moving and being outdoors. I enjoy kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, working out, and laughing often. I also love gardening, caring for plants, and watching new life take shape over time. Staying active and connected to both movement and growth informs how I approach massage, with an appreciation for effort, patience, and rest. I bring that same balance into my work with clients.
