Our events are advertised via Facebook, email, and this website.
For most events, pre-entry is required. This allows the committee to ensure appropriate facilities, staffing, and safety coverage for the number of riders attending.
Pre-entry means reserving your place in an event before the day.
This is usually completed via Ridernet 2.0 or TryBooking, depending on the event. The relevant system will be clearly stated in the event information.
Pre-entry numbers may be limited, so we recommend entering early to avoid missing out.
On-the-day entries are generally not accepted, unless specifically advertised.
Opening times are advertised for each event. Riders must not begin riding until they have completed sign-on and attended the rider briefing.
Gates open: 7:30 am
Sign-on: 7:45 am – 8:50 am
Rider briefing: 9:00 am
Track opens: 9:15 am
Track closes: 3:30 pm
Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at sign-on.
The rider briefing is a mandatory group meeting held before riding begins.
During the briefing, club officials will cover:
Safety requirements and procedures
Track rules and flag meanings
Event timelines
First aid locations
Who to contact if assistance is needed
All riders must attend the rider briefing at every event, regardless of previous experience.
The rider is responsible for ensuring their motorcycle and protective equipment meet the required standards.
These requirements are based on recognised safety guidelines and are enforced by club officials to ensure everyone can enjoy riding in a safe and supportive environment.
