These Terms of Use govern your use of Hola D2D ("the App") provided by Dappily ("we", "us", "our").

Subscriptions

Calls with Ana, the App's AI assistant, need a monthly subscription. Each plan includes a set number of call minutes each month:

• Starter: 40 minutes a month, $9.99 a month

• Pro: 100 minutes a month, $19.99 a month

• Heavy: 250 minutes a month, $49.99 a month

• Max: 500 minutes a month, $99.99 a month

Prices are in US dollars. Prices in other countries are set by the App Store and shown before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

• Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Minutes reset at the start of each billing period. Unused minutes don't carry over.

• You can switch plans or cancel in your App Store account settings. Upgrades start right away; downgrades start at your next renewal.

Use of the App

You may use the App for your sales and outreach work. You agree to:

• Tell customers they're talking with a virtual assistant, and get their OK before putting Ana on speakerphone and before saving their details.

• Keep the prices and offer details in the App accurate.

• Follow the laws and your company's rules where you work.

• Not use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer

Ana is an AI and can make mistakes, including in translation, in the prices she repeats, and in the details she takes down. Check important details with the customer before they sign up. The App is not a substitute for a professional interpreter in legal, medical or emergency situations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
