These Terms of Use govern your use of Hola D2D Translator ("the App") provided by Dappily ("we", "us", "our").

Subscription

• The App offers a monthly subscription ("Hola D2D Pro") for $4.99/month after a 1-week free trial.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Use of the App

• You may use the App for personal and professional translation and sales coaching purposes.

• You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer

• Translations are provided as-is and may not be 100% accurate. We are not liable for errors in translation.

• The App is not a substitute for a professional interpreter in legal, medical, or emergency situations.

Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
