Buller/Westland Field Day Netball Tournament

2021

SCORER & TIMEKEEPER - Each team is required to supply a scorer and/or timekeeper for their games. Timekeeper and scorer must stand together midcourt on the East sideline. Scorecards are supplied for each court.

MATCH BALL - Each Team is required to supply a match ball for their games.

PLAYERS- Team lists to be supplied prior to 1st game on the day. A maximum of 12 players to be registered with each team.

DRAW-The draw and tournament rules will be distributed prior to the tournament.

POINTS- for each game will be awarded as follows:

Win - 4 points, Draw - 2 points, Loss 5 or less - 1 point. Only teams from Hokitika, West Coast & Buller are eligible for points to be counted for the trophies. (Teams eligible for points - U18, U15 .

Development team and Invitational team points are not included.) In the event of two teams being tied, then the ‘goals for’ will be divided by the ‘goals against’ and the team will be ranked according to ratio.

PRIZE GIVING and afternoon tea will follow the last round of games.

FOOD is available for purchase.

PLAYER TEAM LISTS: To be supplied prior to the 1st game. A maximum of 12 players can be registered.

Prize giving, presentation and afternoon tea will follow the last round of games.

FOOD will be available for purchase.

POINT: Points will be awarded as follows:

 Win 4 points

 Draw 2 points

 Loss 5 or less 1 point

Loss 0 points

Only teams from Hokitika, West Coast and Buller are eligible for points. Teams eligible for points:

 Under 18

 Under 15

In the event of two teams being tied, then the differential formula will be applied.
