[The Plauge] is a blood card, giving one the ability to control swarms of insects. These are not real bugs, so can be made to the will of the user.
Insects are materialised from blood. Since they are artificial, they can be created in any way the person desires, in regards to strength, size, ect. It is recommended for one to strengthen endurance and practice making different types of bugs as this power can take quite a toll.
Summary:
Salire was an average and quiet person, preferring to stay hidden in all aspects of his life. After an accident at LIMBO, he stands out more than he could ever anticipate. This accident also caused the Gankyu to form.
Eager to befriend people but usually too nervous to make the first move.

Background
Born with no outstanding features or quirks, Salire lived an unassuming life where he himself wasn't sure he even existed at times.
After being subject to teasing for most of his life and getting tired, he simply left his hometown and kept walking forward. Eventually he ran into someone from LIMBO on duty, and was brought back to the base where he was given a card during the annual sorting.
He met friends and found that he had a talent all along for protecting others.
Skip to present day and the team has a monster captured in the base. During an attempt to protect Gwyn after an escape, Salire is impaled by the creature and due to his blood card, is mutated into something new.
After he comes to his senses and regains control of his humanity, he finds that he can use it to the advantage of his team.
