[TV Girl] is a spirit card, that in its most basic form, can survey and relay visual information. Whether it be the height and weight of something, or the speed and strength.
For Gwyn, this ability was further enhanced by Lawrence, he created a TV system in which Gwyn can show visuals of the information that she knows. For example, if Gwyn sees a strong male that is 6 foot tall and 80kg, G03 can convert that into an image to help others know who they're looking for.
Summary:
Once a young girl found wandering alone in the dark snowy woods, now a longstanding member and fighter in LIMBO. G03 is seen by most as a digitized version of Gwyn herself, but no one truly understands, and most people are too weirded out to ask.

Background
Gwyn was born somewhere deep in the European mountains, away from civilisation due to parents that were paranoid of the outside world. Television was not allowed out of fear of further broadcasts from Abe, and as a result she was home-schooled alone.
Gwyn is unsure of details regarding a majority of her childhood, (possibly connected to her seemingly dissociative relationship with G03) and what she does know largely goes unspoken.
Nio found her wandering the harsh Russian landscape in November shaking and alone, most of the digits on her left hand already lost to the cold. He brought her in and with the help of Midas warmed her up and let her sleep in Ada's bed. She has slept in this same room with her ever since.
Now Gwyn is an exemplary member of LIMBO, helping to save the world and find out who she is, even if she still struggles to go outside sometimes.
