[Star Spangled] is a blood card, it allows Felix to take control over anything that he comes into the contact of the blood of. For example; if he touches the blood from someone's arm wound, he can influence the arm's movements from a distance. The influence lasts until the wound has healed and there has been lots of debate amongst the group whether this is actually a blood or spirit card; it makes no difference to him.
Summary:
Since joining LIMBO Felix realised that he doesn't know how to be free and make decisions for himself, he started with getting the clothes he wanted, and piercing his ears and went from there.

Background
Having grown up with a strict ex- military father, Felix has always been a people pleaser.
He was brought up strong and smart, but heavily scrutinised for failure, to a point where he stopped thinking for himself. Without even knowing it he had become just like his father; angry and robotic, only able to follow orders. He left home of his own accord at 18, like many others and soon rose to the top of LIMBO.
In the present, Felix has realised that he was never troubled with poverty or illness like many of his friends were, and he's begun to feel guilty for being unhappy, without an 'actual reason'.
He swears that sometimes he can still hear his father shouting his name from another room.
