[The Executioner] is one of the only cards that is both blood and spirit. It requires certain conditions, that then grant a blood ability. If Leni can get her enemy to a state where they are still or confined for a few seconds, she can hold a trial to determine the verdict for their actions. Depending on if they are guilty; they will face The Executioner (a sentient blood based mutant that lives within Leni herself).
Summary:
Leni shares a body with The Executioner, a mutant of unknown origin that is too hostile to be researched. Leni herself sometimes feels like she is split in two.Â

Background
Growing up in the same crater city as Caine was not easy.
Both were poor and unwell but being one of the eldest children in the town put an extra responsibility on Leni's shoulders, until one day in the rubble on the street she found a weird card.
She loved Caine, truly she did, but it was becoming harder to live everyday, so she gave Caine the mysterious card that she had found and ran away.
As she was running away she was jumped by a mutant, unsure of what it even looked like, all she knew was that the next time she woke up, the creature was a part of her.
She was practically adopted by Vey when he found her at age 18, and she hasn't looked back since, happy with her new life and replacing Caine like he never existed to begin with.
She is currently the head of The Government.
