[Vampyr] is a blood card that allows one to change their age at will. This will affect both mental and physical wellbeing of the user, for example making themselves a baby would give them cognitive abilities and physical functions of a baby.
[Tengen] is a spirit card that simply lets other cards be merged together.
Summary:
Alix has always been a liar, as such it is hard to confirm or deny some of the things he says. He is extremely smart and currently has the most cards out of all known users, making him one of the strongest.

Background
Born poor in 1870s France, Alix has a long forgotten past, the origins of which are known to him and him only.
During the early 1900s he befriended Abe, and gifted him the card of Azazel during his youth, aided in the Leviathan's rising, and then went into hiding for decades.
His next traceable movements are during the 1950s, where he joined Misha Agafonov's LIMBO.
What probably started out of sheer boredom turned into so much more; Alix receiving the card of Tengen, and a pregnancy with Nio's mother. After a few years there, he one night stole many cards from the safe room, and left his wife and child to be alone.
Years after that, he entered the Government, under a new name and now a new age. This time was an intentional play for his own malicious benefit, as a way to get information he desired.
Here he met and got pregnant with Luther's mother (Leiko), actually marrying her and getting ready to live almost a double life, between the government and Abe.
When he no longer needed the government he no longer needed Leiko and left her too, but not before harming her mental state with one of his cards, to leave her unable to speak of who he was.
The last time he was seen, he was approximately 65, disguised as one of Luther's supply teachers.
