ODOT Hocking Valley Bikeway/Pedestrian Study PID:117034

Currently, there is a US Department of Transportation Grant opportunity called Neighborhood Access and Equity Grant.  We are looking for letters of support for a grant application that would provide funds to create bike paths and connections within the city of Logan to link parts of our community together that are separated by US 33 and Hocking River.  

This proposed bike path plan would include paved biking/walking paths within the city of Logan and create a few bike/pedestrian bridges that go over US 33 and Hocking River in several locations to provide safer biking/walking paths in areas around Kachelmacher Park, Mingo Park, downtown Logan and Logan-Hocking Middle School and Logan High School.
