The Hobby PTA began in February of 1972, with a budget of $262.50. Their goal was to make every child's potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children. Even though so many things have changed since 1972, our goal remains the same!

The membership fees, fundraisers, and contributions from our families and local businesses allow Hobby PTA to fund: Reflections, Founders Day, Camp Hobby, teacher/staff appreciation, equipment and supplies, gift to school, school dances, Hawk Eyes, Red Ribbon Week, Jack C. Jordan Scholarship, AB Honor Roll awards, Hobby Pantry, and all PTA Member Meeting programs and presentations.
