Tai Chi - Instruction is available in this gentle form of martial art, Tai Ji Qi Gong (with 227 moves), which is practiced for its health benefits. Join the Beginners, Intermediate or Advanced class. PLEASE NOTE: New participants are welcome in September, when the new session begins.
Yoga - Yoga cultivates connection between your mind and body, and can improve muscle tone, flexibility, and overall health. The twice weekly yoga sessions are aimed at most levels of ability; in addition, a weekly chair yoga session is offered for those with limiting health conditions or mobility.
Stretch and Tone - This lively class is held twice a week, providing a combination of cardio, weights, stretching and toning, with and without the use of chairs.
Gentle Sit and Stand - This class is for anyone who feels they may benefit from some gentle stretching and balancing. The goal is to reduce common physical problems and to improve functioning capability in daily living.
Line Dancing - Different levels are available, from Beginners to Practice to Improvers to Intermediate and Advanced. Special Line Dancing evenings are held twice a year.
Darts - Players of all levels are welcome to spend a morning, once a week, to have some fun in a casual, enjoyable atmosphere.
Games - Bridge, Cribbage, Euchre, Bid Euchre, and MahjonggÂ
Afternoons find many of our members gathered around tables to
play games and socialize. Tournaments are held from time to
time throughout the year.
