Week 2: Industry exposure - Monday, September 1, 2025 

• Mentor: Certifications, day-to-day job duties, and future of industry. If possible: Job shadow experience 

• Mentee: Ask questions to better understand the mentor’s career path 

Week 3: Career path discussion & exploding options - Monday, September 8, 2025

• Mentor: Alternate career paths in the field. Connects with a peer for a one-off meeting, if needed 

• Mentee: Mentee decides on a career path after research 

Week 4:  Career Skill Development (Mini Conference) - Saturday, September 20, 2025

• Virtual and in-person options available. Led by industry experts covering job search strategies, career growth planning, and personal branding.

• 4 unique and interesting presentation/workshop sessions - mentees can attend the sessions that interest them and participate in various activities

Week 5: Resume & Cover letter -  Monday, September 22, 2025

• Mentor: Shares tips (maybe shares their 1st resume)

• Mentee: Has a resume updated for their job of choice 

Week 6: Communication & confidence (Interview prep) -  Monday, September 29, 2025

• Mentor: Shares how they got their job/interview experience 

• Mentee: Asks questions; participates in a mock interview 

Week 7: Industry insight to succeed in this chosen path - Monday, October 6, 2025 

• Blogs, podcasts, forums, etc, to stay on top of everything in the industry. Discuss key industry insights, best practices, and the mentee’s future in the industry 

Week 8: Industry insight to succeed in this chosen path - Saturday, October 13, 2025 

• Blogs, podcasts, forums, etc, to stay on top of everything in the industry. Discuss key industry insights, best practices, and the mentee’s future in the industry
