The Core Team is the heart of Life Teen at Holy Name of Jesus Parish. Core Members are adult volunteers who walk with teens on their journey of faith, creating a safe and joyful environment rooted in the Eucharist and the love of Christ.

Support teens through prayer and presence
Help set up, clean up, and create welcoming spaces
Facilitate games, icebreakers, and community-building
Model authentic Catholic living

We’re looking for adults who love Jesus and love teenagers. You don’t need to be a theologian, entertainer, or counselor—just present, prayerful, and willing to grow alongside the teens you serve.

If you’re feeling the call to serve, we’d love to talk with you. The impact you can make in the life of a teenager is eternal.
All Core Members receive training and ongoing support throughout the year, including spiritual formation, guidance for Life Nights, and opportunities to build community with other volunteers.
