Start by sitting down with your eyes closed. Take 3 deep breathes through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Now open your eyes, and Name Out Loud each of the 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, and so on. Once you reach number 1, you will begin to feel more grounded.
