Under new national laws, all sales/use of Cigarettes and Vapes our now outlawed. Tourists who are caught using/bringing these into the country can face their items being confiscated and destroyed without repayment.

If you're visiting Parra from any EU countries or most other nations, you can visit Parra with a free visa for 45 days in a 3 month period.
If you're visiting Parra and need to stay more then 45 days. A Short-Stay Visa grants 90 days in Parra with an 180 day grace period. (Not returning to Parra for 180 days after you first leave Parranese Border Control)
If you're visiting Parra and need to stay more then 90 days. A Long-Stay Visa grants 1 year in Parra with an 18 month grace period. (Not returning to Parra for 18 months after you first leave Parranese Border Control)
If you're travelling to Parra for education purposes, a Student Visa will grant you stay for how ever long your education lasts. After you leave university, your Visa will expire 3 months later.
If you're travelling to Parra for work related purposes, a Work Visa will grant you stay for 3 years. After this 3 years is up, you will either need to re-apply for the Visa or apply for a different type of Visa.

Your passport will be checked when you arrive at a Parranese port or airport to make sure you’re allowed to come into the country. Your passport must be valid for the entire duration of your stay.
You may also need a visa to come into or travel through the Parra, dependant on your nationality/citizenship.
