We plan to introduce the National Travel & Tourism Authorisation System (NTTAS). This is a new digital border system that will change requirements for all nationals travelling to Parra.
When NTTAS is introduced, this will create a digital record of your visit to Parra and Cenai at the port or airport on arrival. If you do not hold an EU, British, American or Canadian passport, we ask you print of a NTTAS form. Or use your phone to prove you have NTTAS Approval.
You will need to provide details such as full name, country of origin, passport details, why you are travelling and who you are travelling with for a higher chance to get NTTAS Approval.
If you are holders of EU, UK, American or Canadian Passports, your NTASS approval will be automatically linked to your passport.
At some ports and airports, there may be increased wait times while NTTAS registration is completed before passengers enter Parra. If you are travelling through one of these stations, you should check with your travel operator to find out whether NTTAS will affect your journey.
Your digital record is kept until you pass away. If you have gained NTTAS approval before, you will find it easier to apply again.
NTTAS is designed to improve border security within our country and our neighbouring countries, and reduce illegal migration in Parra. It will automate border control checks to help stop visitors overstaying.
NTTAS is part of wider work the EU is doing to strengthen their border security. In 2025, the EU will introduce the new European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS).
When NTTAS is introduced, you will need to apply for authorisation to enter Parra. No fee will be required to apply, as this is just a form to record who enters and exits the country.
If you are a citizen of Parra, Cenai or Spain, you do not have to apply for the NTTAS authorisation system. This is because, Parra and Cenai are the two users of this new system and, Spain and Parra have an already constructed land bridge between the Haven Area and Minorca.
If you are using an airport/port in Parra or Cenai, as a stop over, you do not have to request NTTAS. Unless you are planning on exiting into the country for a while, then returning to get to your final destination.
International Diplomats, or anybody with a Diplomatic Passport are not required to apply for NTTAS.
