Welcome to HLG Sound: Voice Changer. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") represent
a legal agreement between you and HANLONG GROUP (HK) LIMITED ("Company", "we",
"us", or "our") regarding your use of our mobile application and related services.
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you
have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree,
please uninstall the Application immediately.
1. Scope of Service
HLG Sound: Voice Changer is a utility tool designed to allow users to record audio, apply
various vocal filters, and save modified files to their local devices. The service is provided
for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The Application, including its interface, design, audio filters, algorithms, and source code,
is the exclusive property of HANLONG GROUP (HK) LIMITED. You are granted a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app. You may not:
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
Use the Company's trademarks or logos without prior written consent.
Redistribute or sell any part of the Application.
3. User Responsibilities & Permissions
To use the Application, you must grant permissions for Audio Recording (Microphone)
and Storage Access. You agree that:
You will not use the Application to record individuals without their express consent
(wiretapping or privacy laws).
You will not use the Application to create defamatory, harassing, or illegal content.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and store on your device using
this app.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee
that the app will be error-free or that the voice filters will meet specific artistic
expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties,
whether express or implied.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall HANLONG GROUP (HK) LIMITED be liable for any incidental, indirect, or
consequential damages (including loss of data or hardware damage) arising out of the use
or inability to use the Application, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such
damages.
6. Third-Party Services (Firebase)
The app utilizes Google Firebase SDK for analytics and crash reporting. Your use of the
app is also subject to Google’s Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any issues
arising from third-party service interruptions.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Application at our sole
discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful
to other users or our business interests.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong
Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
