HANLONG GROUP (HK) LIMITED ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company") operates the HLG Sound: Voice Changer mobile application (the "Service" or "Application").
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data of our users ("user," "you," or "your"). This Privacy Policy is a legally binding document that explains how we collect, use, process, store, and protect your information when you download, install, and use our Application.

Unlike many other applications, HLG Sound: Voice Changer values your anonymity.
We do not require account registration, sign-ups, or profile creation.
We do not collect, harvest, or store personal identity data such as your legal name, physical address, email address, phone number, government IDs, or payment details.
To deliver core voice-changing features, the Application requires explicit access to specific hardware and software functions on your mobile device. We only request permissions that are essential to operate the features you initiate.
Purpose: Required to capture your voice in real-time or via record mode so the application can apply selected audio filters and modulation effects.
Processing Standard: Your voice recordings are processed locally on your device or held temporarily in volatile memory (RAM) for the duration of the voice-alteration process.
Data Protection: We do not stream, transmit, or upload your raw or modified voice recordings to our external servers. Your voice files remain entirely yours.
Purpose: Required to read existing audio files from your device’s local directories (so you can import them into the app to change their voice effects) and to write/save newly generated audio files to your device.
Processing Standard: The application only accesses media folders or audio directories that you explicitly select.
Data Protection: We do not index your file system, scan your photos, or upload your local media files to any cloud infrastructure.
You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time through your mobile device’s system settings. Please note that revoking these permissions will prevent the app from performing its core functions.
To monitor app performance, fix technical bugs, and analyze aggregated user trends, the Application incorporates third-party software development kits (SDKs). Specifically, we use the Firebase SDK operated by Google LLC.
These third-party tools may automatically capture non-personally identifiable technical information (Metadata).
Device Identifiers: Anonymized advertising IDs (e.g., Android AAID or iOS IDFA), IP addresses (for rough country-level geolocation sizing), and unique device tokens.
Technical Log Data: Device brand, model name, operating system version, mobile carrier, and network connection type.
App Interaction & Performance Data: Crash reports (via Firebase Crashlytics), session durations, specific features triggered, app updates, and screen transition paths.
This data is processed to debug application crashes, optimize rendering speeds, and enhance the interface layout. We do not link this technical metadata with any personal identity.

Because we do not store your voice recordings or files on our servers, we have no mechanism to retain them.
User Media: All audio tracks and voice-altered outputs reside on your physical device. Deleting the application will wipe out any temporary application caches stored locally.
Analytics Metadata: Anonymized technical events processed through Firebase are retained according to standard Google analytics retention periods (typically up to 14 months) and are then automatically purged or aggregated into statistical records.
The security of your information is paramount. We implement strict, industry-standard administrative and electronic safeguards to protect the non-personal data collected via our SDKs. Furthermore, by isolating your audio files to your physical device, we limit potential cloud-based security breaches.
However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We serve users globally and strive to remain compliant with major data privacy architectures, including the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
The Right to Restriction: You can stop all data transmission via SDKs by blocking ad-tracking or analytics permissions within your device's operating system settings.
The Right to Access/Portability: Since we do not retain identifiable personal data on our servers, we cannot provide you with a copy of a profile, as no such profile exists.
Our Application is designed for general audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under the age of 16 in certain European jurisdictions). We do not knowingly target or collect any personal information from children.
If you are a parent or legal guardian and discover that your child has bypassed protections or shared technical indicators with our third-party tools without your consent, please contact us immediately. We will take swift action to erase such metadata from our third-party tracking portals.
We reserve the right to revise, update, or alter this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect adjustments to our application features, operational workflows, or global legal requirements.
