If you need to request for late arrival, early leave or cannot attend the upcoming meeting, please report to your section leader with a reasonable reason and submit the request form on next meeting (You can find out the request form on resources)

如果你需要申請遲到、早退或不能參加下一次集會，請向你的分隊長彙報你的情況，並在下一次集會上遞交遲到／早退／缺席申請表 （申請表可於資源中尋找）

If you cannot attend activity suddenly you need to report to your section leader as soon as possible
