Rider

Head
Black english helmet. 

Top
Black, navy blue, dark green, grey, burgundy or brown show jacket.
- Polo shirts of the previous colors may be worn in schooling shows.
- Shadbelly show jackets are required for the derby.
- Male riders may wear regular show coats for the derby. 

Legs
Tan, creme or beige ankle length breeches. 

Hands
Black, wrist length gloves with fingers. 

Feet
Black english tall boots
- Black paddock boots may be worn for schooling shows, or by riders 12 and under. 

Hair
Hair tucked into the helmet.
- Pigtails or 2 braids may be worn by riders 12 and under. 

Accessories
Earrings, glasses and makeup are allowed. Masks are prohibited. 

Horse

Saddle
Brown english saddle.
- Colorful piping and stitching is allowed. 

Bridle
Brown cavesson noseband bridle.
- Flash and drop nosebands are not allowed.
- Bridles and saddles should match in color. 

Saddle pad
White or creme small saddle pad or fitted saddle pad. 

Boots
None.
- Polo wraps may be used in the under saddle in schooling shows.
- Brown, black or white open front boots may be used in the over fences in schooling shows. 

Bridle Decorations
None. 

Tail Bows
Indicative tail bows may be used.

Mane Style
Button braids.
- Roached or short and neat manes are allowed for schooling shows.
