Boomsmedia built the Hisabiz app as a Free application. This SERVICE is provided by Boomsmedia at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

Information Collection and Use For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your Name, Email address, and Phone Number. The information that we request will be securely stored and backed up using Google Cloud/Firebase services so you do not lose your business records. The app also processes and stores your local business data, which includes but is not limited to ledger entries, invoices, quotations, bill splitting records, labor attendance, utility bills, and personal notes. This data is strictly utilized to provide the core functionalities of the Hisabiz application.

Security We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information and business data, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Your data is encrypted and securely synced. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or financial data with any external third parties for marketing purposes.

Account and Data Deletion Policy You have full control over your data and can delete your account directly from within the Hisabiz app. To do this, navigate to the Delete Account section in the app settings and click on the Delete My Account button.

• Warning: If you delete your account, your entire business data (Ledger, Bills, Invoices, Notes) will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

• Retention Period: Your account will be kept on hold for 30 days. If you log in again within 30 days, your account and data will be restored. After 30 days, it will be deleted permanently.

Alternatively, you can also request data deletion by sending an email to hisabizpk@gmail.com with the subject 'Data Deletion Request'.

Advertisements Currently, Hisabiz provides a 100% ad-free experience to its users. However, we reserve the right to integrate third-party advertisements in the future to support the ongoing development of the app. When such changes occur, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

Children’s Privacy These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.

Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
