Absolutely. By signing in with your Google account, your entire business data is securely backed up to the cloud. You can easily restore all your records, invoices, and ledgers at any time, even if you change your device.

Can I send invoices and ledger reports to my clients?

Yes! Hisabiz allows you to instantly generate professional PDF invoices, detailed project ledger reports, and utility bill summaries. You can share these directly with your clients or partners via WhatsApp or email with just a single tap.

Does the app work offline without the internet?

Yes, Hisabiz is designed with offline capabilities. You can record your daily expenses, mark labor attendance, and create invoices without an active internet connection. The app will securely sync and back up your data to the cloud once you are back online.

Can I use the app in my local language?

Yes, Hisabiz features seamless dual-language support. You can switch between English and Urdu instantly from the home screen, allowing you to manage your daily khata and business operations in the language you are most comfortable with.

Can I manually back up and restore my data using a local code?

Yes, absolutely! You can easily create a manual local backup by going to the Backup & Restore section in Settings and generating a unique "Backup Code". You can copy and save this text code anywhere you like. When you switch to a new device, simply go to the restore section in Settings, paste your saved code, and your entire local data will be restored instantly.

Is my personal information and business data completely secure?

Yes, your data privacy is our absolute priority. All your business records and personal information are 100% secure and encrypted. We do not have access to view your personal ledger entries or calculations, and we strictly do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties under any circumstances.
