Professor

Dong-Myung Lee received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Hanyang University, Seoul, Korea, in 1994 and 1996, respectively, and the Ph. D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, in 2004. From 1996 to 2000, he worked in LG Electronics Inc., Seoul, Korea. From 2004 to 2007, he was employed by Samsung SDI R&D Center, Yongin, Korea, as a Senior Engineer. From 2007 to 2008, he was with the department of electrical engineering, Hanyang University, as a Research Professor. Since 2008, he has been the Faculty of the School of Electronic and Electrical Engineering at Hongik University, Seoul, Korea. His research interests and experience include variable speed drives, power quality compensation devices, and real time simulation of power system.
