performance:
This package was created and tested on a Windows 10 Laptop with a Intel CPU and GTX 1060 (6gb) and on a Windows 11 desktop with a AMD CPU and RTX 3080Ti, both 64-bit. It ran well on both systems.
usage notes:
you MUST use the Launcher and leave it running while playing the game or gta3.exe will crash while playing!
the Launcher regulates gta3.exe memory usage so it never needs/uses more that 2gb of system memory, if that.
directx 11 is supported, auto hdr is also supported on windows 11 if you have hdr compliant video card and monitor.
known issues:
when exiting the game, sometimes it will hang while closing. If this happens, use the ALT+CRTL+F4 keys to force close gta3.exe and return to desktop.
