Welcome to our research group, HINT Lab.
HINT Lab at POSTECH starts to pursue the development of functional materials and innovative processes for heterogeneous integration of various semiconductor devices. Our group is focusing on the research of nanotechnology and electrochemistry, for the sake of the applications to advanced packaging of semiconductor devices and advanced passive/active cooling devices.
