Venue
The meeting will take place at the UCL Bloomsbury Campus in Central London.
The Bloomsbury Campus is conveniently located near St Pancras International (served by Eurostar trains form Paris and Brussels), Euston and King's Cross train stations. It is also well connected to all London airports via public transport (see Transport for London information).

Gower Street
The meeting will be held at the Darwin Lecture Theater in the UCL Darwin Building, which can be accessed directly from Gower Street.
Posters will be displayed in the UCL Mechanical Engineering Building (Roberts Building) foyer, which is a short walk away from Darwin Building.

Wifi
To access wifi during the meeting, you can either use eduroam (and log it using your institution's login details) or connect to the UCL Guest Wifi.
Lunch options
The UCL Wilkins Refectory provides lunch options on campus (instructions on how to get there can be found here). A variety of other lunch options are available around the UCL campus, particularly on Tottenham Court Road towards Gower Street station, around Euston station, or towards Russel Square station.
On Tuesday, lunch will be provided in the UCL Mechanical Engineering Building (Roberts Building) foyer.

Social Events
There will be a Welcome Reception from 17:00 to 19:00 on Sunday 22/06/2025 at the UCL Mechanical Engineering Building (Roberts Building) foyer. Registration for the meeting will be open from 15:00 onwards on Sunday at the same location.
