3 lbs ground beef and/or patties (1 lb packages) 90% lean & hamburger patties (1 lb package-4 x 6 patties oz per pack)
2 lbs (Kabobs, stew, brisket, short ribs, minute steaks, fajita, shaved, roast)
2 lbs steaks- (approximately 2 x 1 lb steaks) Options may include ribeyes, sirloin steaks, t-bones, porterhouse, flank, flat iron,top round steaks or london broil.
$110 Meat Pack Includes Approximately:
6 lbs ground beef and/or hamburger patties(1 lb packages) 90% lean & hamburger patties (1 lb package-4 x 6 patties oz per pack)
2 lbs (Kabobs, stew, brisket, short ribs, minute steaks, fajita, shaved, roast)
2 lbs steaks (approximately 2 x 1.5 lb steaks) Options may include ribeyes, sirloin steaks, t-bones, porterhouse, flank, flat iron,top round steaks or london broil.
LARGE PORTIONS:
We can also provide larger portions if anyone is interested. We sell ¼ of an animal for 10$/lb and ½ animal is $9.50/lb and a whole is $9/lb. Most animals yield approximately 400-450 lbs of meat. We appreciate you buying local and supporting our family farm.
We can supply restaurants or catering events in large portions for discount prices as well.
