About Hillgrove PSG

The Hillgrove PSG was first formed in 2004, and these are the aims that we hope to achieve:

➕ To support the school in its programmes and events.

➕ To create a platform for parents to provide mutual support and facilitate bonding.

➕ To have dialogues with school personnel for a deeper understanding of issues and school programmes.

➕ To establish close network of educators and parents to provide the necessary educational, social and emotional support for the child's educational journey.

Latest Happenings - Oct' 25

GREEN@HILLGROVE - 25 Oct 2025

On 25th October, Hillgrove Secondary School held its 16th Green@Hillgrove event to promote environmental awareness and community spirit. Students went around the neighbourhood collecting recyclables to support a greener cause. The highlight was Hillgrove’s attempt to form a giant heart shape with SG60 using pre-loved clothes, aiming to break the Singapore Book of Records. Although the school exceeded its target by collecting 2,200 pieces of clothing, after much deliberation, it decided not to pay for the accreditation. Instead, the funds, along with proceeds from the collection, will be donated to two beneficiaries — the Haemophilia Society of Singapore (HSS) and Dementia Singapore, spreading kindness beyond the school community.

PSG Parent-Child Bonding Day - 6 Sept 2025

Hillgrove Secondary School’s Parent-Child Bonding Day was filled with laughter and joy as parents and their children came together for an exciting bowling session. Strikes and spares aside, the event strengthened family ties and created precious memories, reminding everyone of the importance of spending quality time together through fun and shared experiences.

Staff Appreciation Day Celebrations - 4 Sept 2025

Hillgrove Secondary School celebrated Staff Appreciation Day 2025 with heartfelt gratitude for every staff member’s dedication and care. The Parent Support Group (PSG) came together to craft fragrant DIY bath salts as tokens of appreciation and dazzled everyone with a splendid dance performance, adding joy and warmth to the celebration. 😍

SG60 National Day Celebrations - 8 Aug 2025

The Parent Support Group Executive Committee was honoured to be invited to join Hillgrove Secondary School’s National Day celebrations. We thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant programme and the warm hospitality extended to us. A big thank you to the school for having us—it was a memorable and meaningful celebration!
