If behavior issues are happening repeatedly during rehearsals over several weeks, students may be dismissed from the Chorus.
Chorus is a team activity, and every rehearsal is important.
Students who miss more than 4 rehearsals will not be allowed to participate in the performance.
If a student must miss a rehearsal, a parent or guardian should notify the chorus teacher in advance when possible.
If an absence is considered excused through FCS policy it will also be considered excused and the absence will not count against the student.
Students must maintain appropriate behavior during the school day to participate in chorus.
Show respectful behavior in all areas.
Follow school rules and demonstrate good citizenship.
Communicate with all people using kindness and respect.
Any student who receives 5 or more Think Sheets, or 1 Office Referral, will be dismissed from the chorus. No exceptions.
Rehearsal ends promptly at 3:45 PM and students can be picked up outside the gym beginning at 3:50.
Any pick-up after 4:00 PM is considered late.
After 3 late pick-ups, the student will be dismissed from the chorus.
Please make arrangements to ensure your child is picked up on time to support the smooth operation of the program.
