Dear Highline Ward family,
What a great blessing it is to be a member of this church and to be led and guided by those who are led by God through revelation! We have a prophet, seers and revelators on the earth today and I love and sustain them! I look forward to hearing from President Nelson, the First Presidency, and the Twelve Apostles in the next general conference. They provide such great advice for us, and they share of their great wisdom in their lives.
I am reminded about a few scriptures that tell how having a prophet, seers and revelators on earth can bless our lives:
What I the Lord have spoken, I have spoken, and I excuse not myself; and though the heavens and the earth pass away, my word shall not pass away, but shall all be fulfilled, whether by mine own voice or by the voice of my servants, it is the same. Amos 3:7 Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets. (D&C 1:38)
But a seer can know of things which are past, and also of things which are to come, and by them shall all things be revealed, or, rather, shall secret things be made manifest, and hidden things shall come to light, and things which are not known shall be made known by them, and also things shall be made known by them which otherwise could not be known. (Mosiah 8:17)
I am grateful for the blessings that come to our lives from being members of this church, which is led by a prophet and inspired leaders through revelation from God. I hope we can all find the blessings in our lives that come from following these tremendous leaders and learning from their inspired messages.
