Folk, Bluegrass and Old Time Music Session for playing folk tunes or songs from Australia, England, Scotland, Ireland, America or from anywhere that you find a tune or a song appealing to play or sing. Accommodates musicians that are looking for a session where the tunes are played at a slow pace and are open to all levels including beginners.Â
Evening sessions at the Uniting Church Hall in Jamberoo are on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays each month from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm. If you would like to find out more you can email Marion at am_haighAThotmail.com.
An occasional Saturday Jamberoo Folk Session is also held featuring guest artists / local folk musicians in a jam session style workshop that is both social and a chance to mine musical jewels of the folk tradition.
