The Highland Senior Athletic Office will open for business Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm starting August 6, 2018. Athletes must complete the items below before they can participate. (all forms are located here). Coach Moening recommends you call before you show up (651-744-3486).
- A sports physical within the last three years on file with the Athletic Office
- Minnesota State High School League Form
- A participation fee ($45). Students on free or reduced lunch pay the $20 equipment fee.

Runners and Skiers - Summer T-Shirt Awards - you have up to three options
- Win your Fantasy Fitness Division - top two boys and top two girls in each division
- Complete the 5000 Push Up Challenge
- Earn a summer mileage award. To be eligible to receive this award the runner must submit your summer training log the first week of practice and complete 50% of your mileage by July 15.
- High School Boys - 400 miles
- High School Girls - 300 miles
- Middle School Boys (going into 7th or 8th grade) - 240 miles
- Middle School Girls (going into 7th or 8th grade) - 200 miles
May 14 - all team owners must be registered for !Fantasy Fitness by 5pm
