Registration for Fall Cross Country opens on June 8

Heads up to Highland Park Middle Schoolers trying to register:  If incoming freshman are registering now, then they should be logging into their Highland Park MS account, selecting St. Paul Highland Park (the school they actually want to register with) and they will need to create a profile within the high school page from there. 


CCXC Booster Club is asking all cross country and Nordic athlete's parents to join us for the annual potluck gathering. This year’s event is on Thursday 8/20 6-8 pm at the picnic shelter across the street from Circus Juventus.

2026 CC Run Sign-Up Meeting - Wed, May 20 at 3:05 in room 3303 (high school).  This meeting is for both high school and middle school runners.  The meeting will run for about 20 minutes.  Read through the links below if you hope to run in the fall.

Summer T-shirt Awards: If you are tracking to earn a summer t-shirt, email brad.moening@spps.org by August 1.  Specify award earned:  mileage (include distance), Pushups, or Parker Valby.  Also specify the unisex t-shirt size.

Running Doubles:  this isn't for everyone.  Why do it?  It will flush out your legs to promote recovery.  If you ran an age appropriate number of miles this summer and want to try running doubles - talk to your coach.  General guidelines:  keep the second run short - 20 to 30 minutes.  Get on soft surfaces.  9th graders - 1 to 2 per week.  10th/11th - 2 to 3.  Seniors 3 to 4.
