These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CreaVid mobile application (the "App"), operated by i-Brain ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The App offers auto-renewable subscription options:
Weekly subscription: $3.99 depending on selected features
Annual subscription: $24.99 depending on selected features
Payment will be charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your store account settings after purchase.
Higgsfield AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit any part of the App or its content.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including if you breach the Terms.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will function without interruption or errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Higgsfield AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
