Account Status:
Higgsfield AI does not provide account creation or sign-in features.
On Android:
Go to Settings → Apps → Higgsfield AI → Storage → Clear Data.
Encrypted collection: Photos and videos you upload for AI effect generation are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in an encrypted form during processing.
Automatic deletion: Once the generation is completed, the original uploaded file and intermediate processing data are automatically deleted from our servers.
User-initiated deletion: You can request deletion of your generated photos/videos by emailing creavid@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete Generated Content – Higgsfield AI”. Please include, if possible, the approximate upload time and your device ID to help us locate the content.
If you believe we still hold data related to you, please email creavid@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request – CreaVid”. Include any available identifiers (e.g., device ID, order number, or upload time). All requests are processed within 30 days.
