By accessing or using the Lost Trail app ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Account Creation

To use certain features of Lost Trail, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update this information as necessary.

3. User Content

3.1 Public Content

The trips and activities you create in the app are only visible to you. You can change the settings to make them visible to your followers, specific folowers or everyone. Trails you created are visible for everyone, unless you choose to hide them. Trails are anonimized and are not linked to your identity.

3.2 User Responsibility

You are responsible for all content you post on Lost Trail and must ensure that it complies with these Terms and applicable laws.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose

• Post content that is harmful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable

• Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights

• Interfere with the operation or security of the app

5. Data and Privacy

5.1 Privacy Policy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here. By using Lost Trail, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

5.2 Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but you acknowledge that no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the app at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including a violation of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lost Trail is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the app.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lost Trail, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the app,  your violation of these Terms,  or your infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time, with or without notice.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lost Trail regarding the use of the app and supersede any prior agreements.
