Our neighborhood is 45 homes in southern Delaware County, Ohio, all on Hidden Cove Circle. We are between South Old State Road and the Alum Creek State Park, north of Lewis Center Road and south of Hollenback Road.
The neighborhood has an HOA established in the Deed restrictions. The HOA owns and maintains trees along South Old State and the storm water retention area between the neighborhood and South Old State, south of the entrance to the neighborhood. Dues pay for mulching, mowing, fertilization, weed control, property taxes, insurance for the association, and pay the electricity bill for the lights at the entrance. Dues are paid annually, contact the trustees for information.
The trustees maintain a Google Group as an email list for the community, please contact them to have your email address added to the list.
Suburban Natural Gas Company - Suburban supplies a lot of southern Delaware County.
American Electric Power, Ohio - Orange Township has a supplier aggregation contract that is likely a better rate.
Rumpke Waste & Recycling - Through a contract with Orange Township.
Del-co Water Company - A member-owned, non-profit, cooperative water utility.
Delaware County Regional Sewer District - Provided by Delaware County, Ohio.
