Rental and Vending General Information

Hidden Beauty has several suites of various sizes available for monthly rentals. These are leased spaces with 6 month and 12 month terms available. Those renting space to provide services that require certification must provide a copy of that certification and display it in their space if required by state law. For example, cosmetology services, massage therapy, etc.

Suite Rental Types

There are a variety of suite types available at Hidden Beauty, listed below with additional details and rental rates for each space. Please note that all suites are by lease only, with six month and twelve month terms available.

Salon Suites:

• Located on the salon side, near hair wash room

• Approx 63 sq ft

• Includes a salon chair 

• Renter provides are materials and supplies

• Monthly rent: $350/mo

Standard Suites, no window:

• Located in the main shop area

• Size ranges: approx 78 - 90 sq ft

• These suites do not have a window

• Monthly rent: $500/mo

Standard Suites, w/window:

• Located in the main shop area

• Size ranges: approx 81-85 sq ft

• These suites have a window, 1 street facing and 1 facing common area

• Monthly rent: $525/mo 

Medium Suite, w/window:

• Located in the main shop area

• Approx 100 sq ft

• This suite has a window facing common area

• Monthly rent: $550/mo 

Large Suite, w/window:

• Located in the main shop area

• Approx 128 sq ft

• This suite has a street-facing window

• Monthly rent: $600/mo 

Requests must be approved by management and the prospective renter must sign a contract before it is confirmed.

Vendor information

Hidden Beauty provides vendor space as available within the shop. Fees are based on monthly sales, with the vendor getting 60% of sales and the shop getting 40% of sales. Vendor splits are paid out monthly, in the month after sales are calculated. The Vendor must have a W-9 on file and contracts are typically 3 months to start with the option to extend beyond that at either party's discretion.
