Day Use Information

Thank you for your interest in hourly/daily rental of a suite or classroom space at Hidden Beauty. Below are the terms and hourly rental rates for each space type. 

If you would like to reserve a space, please contact Sarah via text at 209-247-8324. Requests must be approved by management and the prospective renter must sign a contract and waiver form before it is confirmed.

Day use Terms

• Rental space available during normal business hours: Mon - Sat, 11am - 6pm, unless other arrangements are approved by management in advance. Use outside of normal hours may include an additional fee. 

  • • Please contact Sarah via text at 209-247-8324 to confirm approval for use outside of these hours before completing the request form.

• Rental fees are due 48 hours before use, or immediately if within 48 hours, unless other arrangements are approved by management. 

  • • Reservations may be cancelled if payment is not received on time or other arrangements have been made.

• Accepted payment methods: Venmo (preferred), Cash App, or cash.

• Partial hours paid at fractional rate. (e.g., $8 x 2.5 hours = $20 fee) 

• Discount for full day rentals (see full day discount rate below)

• NOTE: Requested time block must include set up and tear down time.

• Temporary renters must sign a contract and waiver prior to use.

Spaces & Rental Rates

Salon Suites and Private Suites of all sizes are fully enclosed unfurnished spaces with overhead lighting and a standard closing door. Renter provides their own furnishings as needed and confirms in advance that their items will fit in the space. 

The Classroom space is an open area in the shop that is not private. There is a large TV that can be used as a display, if desired. Laptop/sharing device and connecting cables not provided. Due to other services being provided in the shop, all volume related to the classroom activity must be kept low so as not to disturb other tenants. 

Chairs, massage beds, and yoga mats are available on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot guarantee availability of these items.
