Every submitted run must contain the following five elements.
Classify the causal explanation as:
• Valid: consistent with the available evidence
• Invalid: containing one or more unsupported, incorrect, or contradictory claims
For an invalid explanation, identify the exact text span containing each error.
For a valid explanation, return “none” or the value specified in the official submission format.
Assign an official hallucination type to each identified error span.
Submit a clinically appropriate explanation that corrects the identified errors.
The correction must remain consistent with the evidence and must not introduce new hallucinations.
Provide a confidence score from 0 to 1.
Uncertainty caused by limited, conflicting, or ambiguous evidence should be reflected in the confidence score.
Each run must identify the evidence actually used:
• R — Report-only
• I — Image-only
• RI — Report-and-Image
A team may submit runs using one or more evidence combinations. The detailed file format and submission limits will be provided separately.
