In‑app: Before matching, use Report on user profiles. After matching, open the chat and use the three‑dot menu → Report.
Email: legal@apmenta.com (subject: “Child Safety – Urgent”). Include usernames/links, timestamps, and a short description. Do not send illegal imagery.
Child‑safety reports are prioritized; target initial review within 24 hours
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend/ban accounts; appeals via legal@apmenta.com
Confirmed CSAM is removed immediately and accounts are disabled; we file required reports to the competent authority (e.g., NCMEC or regional authority) in line with applicable law and Google Play Child Safety Standards.
We report suspected CSAM and imminent risks to competent authorities and respond to lawful requests.
We do not retain illegal content. Confirmed child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is removed immediately.
During the in‑app report flow, users may optionally include up to 50 recent messages from the conversation to provide context. If selected, these messages are stored solely for safety review and are typically retained for up to 90 days after review completion, unless a lawful preservation request requires longer retention.
We retain only the minimum necessary metadata (e.g., report IDs, involved account IDs, timestamps, relevant IP/log entries) to document actions and to comply with lawful requests.
Moderation metadata (not message content) may be retained for up to 2 years for safety, fraud prevention, and legal compliance in line with our Privacy Policy.
If a valid legal preservation order is received, we preserve only what is required for the duration mandated by law.
