Required Vaccinations
Required Vaccinations
Vaccination records must be provided from your dog's veterinarian before appointments can be scheduled for their first stay and yearly thereafter.
If you are not a Missouri resident than your dog will also need a Health Certificate from your Vet's office in the state where you reside.
Below are the vaccinations that are required.
Rabies
Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
Parvo Combo
Distemper
Hepatitis
Parainfluenza
I do my absolute best to keep your dogs, my dogs, & everyone else's dogs as safe and healthy as possible.
Please help me do this by being sure that your dog has received these vaccinations at least one week prior to their stay.

$5 per day added for meals if food is not provided by owner

*I need to know if your dog has any health problems. If the dog is taking medication that information needs to be divulged when the appointment is being made. HG&B holds the right to refuse service to any dog, at any time, for any reason.

NOTE:
I do not do a multiple dog discount.
You can bring anything you would like your dog to have, Beds, Treats, Food, Toys, Etc.
Whatever will make your dog more comfortable is ok with me. :)
I have all of the food bowls and buckets needed for your dog's stay. No need to bring their bowls from home.
BOARDING BATHS
This service will be for dogs that are staying overnight at the kennel who would like a bath before going home.
It will be a quick bath with a nail trim.
If you would like to book a Bath during your dog’s stay it must be scheduled at the time of booking your reservation.

Please Note: Sunday Pickups can now be scheduled with an additional fee. If you schedule a Sunday Pickup you MUST be prompt at your appointment time we will NOT wait for you.

Liability Waiver
Below is the Liability Waiver all clients will be required to sign. This will be sent via text message and can be signed from your phone or computer. Liability Waivers must be signed by all clients.
I hereby authorize Huckabee’s Groom & Board to receive for the purpose(s) of boarding, grooming, and/or daycare of my pet(s) described on this document.
Huckabee’s Groom & Board shall use all reasonable precautions against injury, escape or loss of my pet(s). Furthermore, I agree that Huckabee’s Groom & Board or their agents shall not be held liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever, for injury, escape or loss of my pet(s).
It is agreed that Huckabee’s Groom & Board’s liability shall not, in any event, exceed $200.00 per pet if at all.
In the event my pet(s) require medical or Veterinary attention either routine care or emergency services; I hereby authorize Huckabee’s Groom & Board to obtain such services as they deem necessary for the care and overall well being of my pet(s). Furthermore, I agree to reimburse Huckabee’s Groom & Board for any monies expended for the care of my pet(s).
In the event of illness/death your pet(s) will be taken to your designated veterinarian (if within a 20 miles and conditions allow, whereas the Veterinarian will provide medical attention, housing and care as they deem necessary at the owner’s expense.
Dogs here for grooming please, note ear hair is only pulled or groomed if your pet(s) allow. We are not responsible for ear infections and/or medical treatment(s), care of any kind. Due to the condition of my pet(s) coat, I realize that my pet(s) actions could result in cuts or nicks to include hematomas, etc. Therefore, Huckabee’s Groom & Board will not be held responsible for the Veterinarian expenses or for any care required thereafter. I agree to pay all charges incurred at the time of pickup of my pet(s)
I understand that I will be charged a $25 fee if my dog has fleas or excessive ticks.
My dog or dogs are up to date and current on all vaccinations required by Huckabee’s Groom & Board.
My dog or dogs are currently on flea and tick preventative or are wearing a Seresto Collar.
If I am unable to pick up my pet(s) on the expected check-out date or time I will inform Huckabee’s Groom & Board of the new date and time for pickup as soon as possible. Furthermore, I agree to pay in full all additional charges incurred.
I will not hold Huckabee’s Groom & Board responsible for inadvertent loss or damage of personal property and/or items left with my pet(s).
