Registration Information for the 16th International Workshop on Human-Friendly Robotics!
Important Dates:
Early bird (until 3 September 2023, 23:59 CET): € 400
Late (from 4 September 2023): € 500,00
Registration will be open until 21 September 2023!
The registration fee includes access to all content from Sept 20-21, 2023, a ticket to the social dinner event, a visit for the Demo Session at the Deutsches Museum, coffee breaks and lunch on conference days.

Note that for full registration, the ticket for the social dinner is already included in the price. Moreover, there is the option to buy an additional ticket for a second person, if desired.
Registration for Authors
At least one author must attend the conference in person. You are not able to present virtually. In order to submit the final paper or video submission at least one author of each paper must register in advance.

Kindly note that transportation to DLR is your responsibility, but don't worry; reaching DLR via public transport is convenient. For trip planning, we recommend using either Google Maps or the official website of Munich's public transport system: MVV Munich Public Transport
Please remember to bring a valid ID with you, as it is essential for entry to the DLR facility.
Registration fees are charged in EUR and are inclusive of VAT.
